De outro lado, Novo Gama (R$ 7.501,44), Santo Ant\u00f4nio do Descoberto (R$ 8.320,50) e \u00c1guas Lindas de Goi\u00e1s (R$ 8.510,85) obtiveram os menores valores. A maioria dos munic\u00edpios da UPGRH reduziram seu \u00edndice GINI entre esse intervalo de tempo, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o de Ipameri, Bela Vista de Goi\u00e1s, Cidade Ocidental, Cristian\u00f3polis, Palmelo e Cumari. Em 2010 a m\u00e9dia do \u00edndice GINI de seus munic\u00edpios foi de 0,489, valor inferior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia do estado. Anhanguera (0,390), Davin\u00f3polis (0,401) e Goiandira (0,433) apresentaram os menores valores, entres os munic\u00edpios da UPGRH. Os tr\u00eas alcan\u00e7aram valor inferior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia nacional (0,503) e estadual (0,493) nesse mesmo ano. Desta forma, foram utilizados o banco de dados do SNIRH (Sistema Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre Recursos H\u00eddricos da ANA), dispon\u00edveis no Manual de Usos Consuntivos de \u00c1gua no Brasil (ANA, 2019), onde s\u00e3o utilizadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas no Diagn\u00f3stico Anual de \u00c1gua e Esgoto do Sistema Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Saneamento (SNIS) de 2017 para a estimativa de demandas para o setor de abastecimento humano urbano e rural, em que s\u00e3o empregados os \u00edndices populacionais (base de dados do SNIS de 2017 e IBGE de 2017). Foi considerado que a taxa de consumo para abastecimento urbano \u00e9 de 20% da retirada e a de retorno \u00e9 de 80%.
